[Case Study] Remote Monitoring and Control of Land Improvement Districts

We propose significant improvements in agricultural productivity and a substantial reduction in running costs through wireless technology and IoT!

This document introduces the streamlining of operations and the proper maintenance management of land improvement district projects utilizing the internet and wireless communication. It includes examples such as the case of reducing communication costs by converting the control panel of a manhole pump to an IP line, and the introduction of the D3 telemetry system "Ichigo Maru," which ensures uninterrupted communication as long as power is secured, for disaster response at headworks. Please take a moment to read it. 【Contents (partial)】 ■ Agricultural Community Drainage Manhole Pump ・Centralized monitoring of manhole pumps ■ Headworks and Water Intake Gates ・Disaster response for headworks ■ Diversion Structures and Water Supply Gates ・Remote monitoring of diversion structures *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Application Example] AGV Unmanned Transport Vehicle

Equipping mobile units with wireless devices for remote monitoring/operation! A case where remote calling has become convenient.

We would like to introduce a case where an AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) was remotely controlled using "Kunimaru Patrol Labor" and "Web Logger 2." "Web Logger 2" communicates with a tablet via a wireless LAN access point, allowing remote operation of AGV destination designation and travel start using a tablet or smartphone. The AGV, which receives a call and destination designation to a specified station from the tablet, travels along the guiding tape affixed to the floor and stops at the station. This system, which equips the mobile unit with wireless devices for remote monitoring and operation, enables multiple users to share and use a single AGV. 【Case Overview】 ■ Implementation Site: AGV Automated Guided Vehicle ■ Implemented Products ・On-site data logger "Web Logger 2" ・Low-power wireless indicator light "Kunimaru Patrol Labor" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
